weekends are unstoppable. I must do meal prep. I need to break this psychological addiction somehow, I'm struggling to will my way through this. it speaks to me in my own voice like it's my idea. I think I need therapy or hypnosis if that works. I'm not sure why i do this, my will is iron until i get home.

very strong week, nice recovery from the weekend. I hope the trend continues. could be my best weight in a decade, its certainly my lowest this year.
