salads for dinner Monday and Tuesday just because that's what I was hungry for. too bad cravings kicked my ass late at night. I woke up at 10:30 and just started to eat. that's never happened before, I really hope that doesnt become an issue. otherwise things are good, very stressed at work, boss is annoying.

out to eat a couple times this week but over all still on track I think to at least maintain, I need to keep dropping though.

still doing good even after a long weekend. I stopped taking my hair loss medication, maybe that's helping out a bit but I know I didnt over eat too bad this weekend. let's go man!
