Ok so first I did the weight loss thing from January 7 to February 28 and dropped from 328 to 285 (43 lbs). Then I switched to a muscle building program which watched my body fat drop from 35.7% to 28.8% while maintaining weight around that 285 mark (+/-2-3lbs here and there). Now I think I'm ready to switch over again and start leaning out some more. I do not want to be a huge muscle head nor do I want to continue growing (my thighs are at 27" and my biceps are 18", Shoulders at 61" and chest at 53.5"). Not sure where to go from here though. I want to be lean and burn more fat but don't want to keep up the muscle building... or do I? Any tips or advice is appreciated! Looking to make a nutrition switch as of July 1-ish. Thanks for reading!

Scale still not moving much since February but feeling way stronger! 💪😎👍 Killed the HIIT training today! Short almost 1000 calories from Target for the day but I'm so full I cannot eat anything else. probably should've eaten the fish before the broccoli. 🤦♂️
