Very enjoyable meal tonight. Ages since I had a steak and the tenderstem broccoli was awesome. Believe it or not it’s the first time I have had it but definitely not the last. A spot of avocado and yogurt to finish it off.

It’s always nice to see a loss on your weight-in day. Since I found out that I had diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure l have been searching for a better diet/lifestyle to help me get into remission and end up tablet free. There’s a few great doctors who have researched this and all of them said that a low carb diet is the best option, possibly leading to a Keto diet. Therefore my goal/aim is to transition from a standard diet to one that has no to little carbs. I have already cut out a lot of carbs but it’s not nearly enough to get me into the low carb area which is 120-150gms daily. I am more like 280-300gms daily. I understand that Keto is below 20gms daily 🥴 yep it seems like l have some work to do lol 😂.
