I’m surprised with this drop. Very grateful for it though. Had to eat out a lot this week but found ways to stay carnivore. Found a burger place that will do two large patties, bacon, and a couple fried eggs for me. Awesome meal. I’m averaging a 10 pound loss a month on this new WOE and am amazed. Doing about 60/40 fat to protein ratio and it seems to be working well since I am working out a little bit more. I would encourage ANYONE to try the carnivore diet for at least 30 days. Do your research. Plenty of great informative videos on YouTube. Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Anthony Chafee, and many more. For the females I recommend Makala Peterson, that’s Dr Jordan Petersons daughter. Her story is amazing. Also Kelly Hogan is an inspiration. Honestly, male or female, watch them all. JUST DO IT FOR 30 days. My 88 year old mom started it two months ago and last week got knocked down at Costco, hit her head and had 8 staples put in. Didn’t break anything, and no concussion, thankfully. One week later she is back to her normal self. I’m not sure that would have happened without this WOE. she is off about a dozen medications since she started and her blood pressure is almost back to normal after it being high for years, and on three meds for it. 🤦🏻♂️ Don’t let your negativity keep you from trying this for at least 30 days. If you do decide to try it, please let me know. I would love to encourage and have company on this amazing journey back to health. You got this. 👍

Well, crap! Not as much of a drop as I had hoped for. Had several dining outs this past week with friends and I think the non carnivore food messed me up a little. Still grateful for a drop though. I also realized even the slightest bit of starch messes with my attitude/mood. Didn’t expect that but glad I figured it out.

Decent drop again this week. For those of you struggling with your weight and also ADD or ADHD, which also affects our ability to stay on our WOE, please check out the carnivore diet. I have never not struggled with staying focused. The last two months have been amazing. A friend of mentioned to me that I seem much more calm and focused when talking with her. She said before I was all over the place in conversation. Now, I’m not. Even my adult kids have noticed my mental clarity and overall joyful attitude.
My total drop for the fist two months has been around 25 pounds. And that’s eating about 3000 calories a day of mostly fat, some protein, and no carbs. I eat beef, mostly steaks, fish, chicken, lots of eggs, butter, lamb, venison shrimp, sausage, sardines and mostly anything that isn’t a carb. No seed oils though. I do add onions or garlic on Sundays to give my steaks a little more flavor. That’s my cheat day. 😊

Not as big of a drop as I had hoped for, but a drop none the less. I have been working out so I’m hoping I’m putting on some muscle as I lose fat. I am only sleeping 5-6 hours a night but I don’t get up two or three times a night like I did before I started carnivore WOE. Have great energy and my ADD doesn’t seem to bother me anymore. I also noticed my general outlook on life is much more positive. I have also noticed I don’t get upset or worry near as much as I used to. In my research I found that doctors in the early 1900’s used to put their patients on strictly carnivore to treat depression and anxiety, and it worked. Something to think about. 🤔

Wow, 4.5 pound drop this past week. Besides the mental clarity, the thing that has amazed is how I have no desire to eat when I’m not hungry. I have feed my feelings for 50 years, and now I don’t desire to do that anymore. My mind has made a shift in regards to eating when feeling sad, mad, hurt etc. I encourage anyone who has struggled with their weight and especially emotional eating to try carnivore for 30 days. Also, do your research before you start. YouTube has hundreds of videos regarding this way of eating.
