Ok drop this past week. Getting so close to being in the 200’s. I haven’t been under 300 since 1995. My goal is 250. At my present rate I should be there by the end of September.

Very small drop this week, but I’m ok with it since I had a huge drop the week before. Started kick boxing and lifting weights again, so hopefully putting on some muscle. 🙏🏻

Wow, biggest weekly drop yet. 5 lbs. I think my insulin resistance is dropping. Just started back with my kick boxing so I’m hoping to put some muscle back on that I have lost through the years. Bought two pair of jeans Sunday without trying them on. Had to take them back, too loose. Have never had that happen before. Carnivore WOE is so easy and the most effective plan I know. Plus, I am never, ever hungry.

Very happy with the drop this week. This past week I tried eating my first meal earlier and my last meal by 6:00 each evening. Seems to work better. I encourage anyone reading this to try strictly carnivore for 30 days. I haven’t felt this good mentally or physically in decades.
