Been trying to get the iPhone Health App to work with FatSecret and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. FatSecret is perfectly happy to send whatever nutirition information I pop in here to the Health App, but the Health App won't transfer my steps over or anything. If you look at my exerise diary you'd be forgiven for thinking I'm spending all day every day on my back side, but I cycle to and from work, and usually do a fair bit of walking there too.. Anyone know if there's something I need to do or if it's just that the apps don't work like that?

One pound down in two weeks. That's been two celebration weekends though. Got one more next week, then I'm going to avoid drinking in March. I'll just be happy if I can get through next weekend intact, then hopefully start getting back to losing 2-3lb a week. I have eaten crap this weekend, but I feel like after the 6 good weeks I had, my threshold has lowered already. With drink, it's been taking me three drinks to feel at the stage that five used to make me feel. Even though I've eaten crap this weekend, it's still been less crap than one of the routine binge days I was having more frequently towards the end of the year. Would love to lose another stone by Easter, we'll see.

No change this week, been checking sporadically and seems to have been a big jump over the weekend, hoping it's just water weight but whatever it is it'll go.
Bit worried about the next two weekends, it's my wife's birthday on Saturday and she's having two birthday weekends. Celebrations are calorific. Ah well, nowt on for a while after that anyway..
