just checked my new RDI and will follow it with a reduction of an extra 200 calories a day minimum. I do not intend to eat all my allowance daily. I have an indulgence day every Tuesday, where I can eat more and of what i want at a sensible level which will give me extra 1400 calories that day. I will monitor my progress with this method as I know Kingkeld on here used his indulgence diet too, I am just tweaking it a little to fit my needs.

Tuesday is my weigh in day at weight watchers. I need peer support in 3d too and i know its more money to help with the weight loss. Its another string to my bow and I hope to make beautiful music with my progress.

Thanks Mimi for the add to my buddies. I want to let my other buddies know I am back and staying for the long haul. I am looking for other buddies too so why not drop me a line and I will add you.

I have joined my local Weight Watchers class and started on the Filling and healthy diet for the first week. Its good as its is filling and sensible eating too. I am allowed 2 small treats a day like a biscuit or some nuts as an extra and there are lots of choices of snacks. I am allowed to use 49 pro points of extra food not in the filling and healthy food list, which is good. best diet I have tried so far. Its easy to make meals like fish, new potatoes and salad and a little butter on the potatoes and a home made olive oil dressing on the salad using a few of my pro points. Baked beans and baked spud is good.... brown rice, brown bread and brown pasta is a change for me too. All the food on filling and healthy list is zero pro points. I am still learning and finding recipes too. I use the online site and the class meetings. I need the contact in 3d of other losers as well as this site too.

I have lost 5 1/2 this week so feeling good.
