My name is Penny. I am 42 and from Caldwell, Idaho. I tend to go up and down in my weight from 130 to 160. I'm now just trying to be healthy. I have started running which I have never been a fan of. I have started a program where you mostly walk but increase your running times slowly. So far I love it and feel so much better. I hope to be able to run a 5k by late fall.
