I am a registered nurse. I have been a nurse for 30yrs. I work in a busy Level 2 Trauma Center. I have 2 children and 7 grandchildren. I am engaged to a wonderful man whose loves me for me. He is a great encouragment in my life. We plan to marry in June 2016. I was always an active person. I ran daily for 2-3 miles from the age of 13 until about mid 40's. I then started having problems with my knees and hips from years of running. I exercised less and found the pounds came on really easy. At my age(54)I find weight loss more difficult then ever. I am on a mission to lose for my health and to be able to enjoy life to its fullest.
