Hello,
I found fatsecret back in Jan 2013.I have been struggling with my weight for the last 4-5 years. Im a yo-yo dieter (up and down). I have realized that this is not very healthy and Im trying to change my eating habits and maintain my weight. When I found fatsecret I was 160lbs and at 5'4", that's a lot of weight for me. Im trying to get back down to 135-140 my normal weight. So im on this long journey and have been trying to stick to it as best I can. But i have a positive outlook and am looking forward to being healthy and having lots of energy.
