I'm 57 and been overweight for a long time. I've lost a couple hundred pounds over the years only to gain them back again. Retirement is not too far away & I'd like to enjoy a few years of it. With 10 grandchildren & an active (skinny) husband, I want to have plenty of time & energy to have fun with them all. This is my big chance to change my future for good. I want & NEED to find a healthier way of life. I am thankful to find friendly support on this site & I will return the same.

Mini goals are:

First week: 255.0 pounds *
Feb. 28th: 240.0 pounds
April 15th: 225.0 pounds
June 20th: 208.0 pounds (Big Goal)
July 31st: 199.0 pounds (Birthday Present)
Thanksgiving: 175.0 and from here I'll see.
