Yo-yo is the story of my life, since I had my first baby I gained a lot of weight. I've accomplished great result and lost all the extra weight several times in my life but unfortunately in a year or 2, I gain it back with some extra pounds too.
Now that Im older, its harder. I dont exercise much, just walk once or twice a week.
I will be going on my summer vacation to Mex in 3 weeks so I really need to loose some of the extra weight
