I became a diabetic in 2005 at 278 lbs. I have been on a weight loss rollercoaster since then. Present weight is 228 and weight goal is 175.not to unrealistic
I need outside help and encouragement. Plus I am also trying to quit smoking 🚬. PLEASE NEEDED MUCH SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT. Please share all tricks of faith
