There was a time when I could run like the wind and eat like no one was watching, but those days have lost there stride. It was amazing how great of shape I was in a few years ago and it is also amazing how fast I lost my cardiovascular and physical shape. I do not have any excuse to why I gained around thirty pounds of fat and lost my muscle and now I have no excuse not to get to where I use to be. My biggest challenge is that I love food and have a major problem with portion control. Food is one of my favorite parts of life! I am glad that I found this site because it is easy for me to see what I am consuming, I just hope I can stick to it!
