Any sport outside Biking, Running on the trails, snowshoe, kayak, cross country skiing, yoga. Lift weights about 15 minutes Monday-Friday. Weights one of my least favorite things to do but love the fact of getting stronger.

I play Electric Guitar and take lessons with a wonderful Teacher.
