🟠 Fun Fact Two: For me exercise = ADHD medication; I exercise both for my general health and to treat my ADHD! I am now at my desired weight, so am following a maintenance diet of 2,200 to 2,400 calories per day. 💜

🟡 Fun Fact Three: My teaching business is my life and maintaining a healthy diet keeps my brain sharp. 🥗
