WELL...I'm paying for it to today! I got a red arrow. However, it will turn green in a day or two. (was it was worth it-NOPE) I'm not down though. It is what it is!

It's no big deal to have a slice of pizza or two.
I myself had a lot of red alert foods last weekend.
However, I do want to point out that gaining weight is easier than losing it.

I noticed that water intake listing in there Leon 👵🏻 Good job 👏 for drinking your water. But you’re running about 100ml short👈🏼 and if you had any caffeine or soda you want more than that! LOL 😂 Auntie Irma Francine says drink up! LOL 😆🤪
