I think I'm going to give a whole-hearted go at the Diet Cure again. I've tried it before, but never following every little bit of it, because some of it I'm wary of. But the author clearly knows more about this than I do, and my attempts at modifying the diet to my liking are not working out. The worst that can happen is that I will gain a couple of pounds and have to lose them again. But the best that can happen is progress!!
