Really pleased as I have lost a pound and a half at weigh in this morning! Yesterday we tried on all our holiday clothes and at least half of them are too big! My husband will have to buy new chinos and shorts as he has lost four inches off his waist! Only problem is saying goodbye to my lovely linen trousers I bought in Dublin, way too big now! Low carb is definitely my way of eating!

What a result but a shame about the linen trousers. Could you alter them or is there too much difference?

Having been convent educated I was taught dressmaking and made my own clothes as well as the children's for years and still sew. I reckon the linen trousers won't look right if I take in the sides as they are also really baggy round the derriere! I will take them to the car boot to sell but it will be like losing a friend!
