What a beautiful day! Woke up to sunshine so made the most of it and walked for two hours through Beddgelert forest around Llyn Cadair, saw a large pair of Canada geese in the still water, and the wild flowers are showing now! Snowdon has only a dusting of snow at the summit! Had a great day food wise, a tiny bowl of raspberries and Greek yogurt in the morning, salad for lunch, then made ratatouille and fresh salmon for dinner. Hopefully I can keep this up!
