Here I am again - have tried the body positive thing and it's all well and good until you are 7lbs heavier than the 150lbs you decided was ok :( I am now living in the USA and I just cannot cope with being too chubby - I have to try to lose some weight before the sun properly comes out!!!

Hi, glad to see you got to the USA. How are you finding it? I have been here 6 months and tried everything going on menus etc. So I am now back on my low carb diet. Good luck!
