My massive king prawn and smoked salmon salad with pickled ginger and home made oriental dressing. I was so busy today that this is my first meal so I am starving! weigh in tomorrow..fingers crossed!

Thanks guys! It was amazing!!! Phooka i did a simple one with couple tbsp of rice vinegar, soy sauce and 15 ml of toasted sesame oil with bit of garlic and ginger whisked together to emulsify it. Although i did not use it all and around half was left x
