This looks good!! Increasing your calories a bit might help you lose in the long run?? I stall fast if I go too low but I hear ya about not being hungry. Some days I’m more hungry than others. You’re doing so well!!

Yes, I would increase my calories today
and prepare myself for this long-running battle.
It was not exactly not feeling "hungry;"
it was more like I was so preoccupied with
something else that I neglected
those hunger pangs.
I'll do better and lose weight
in a healthy way. Thanks so much!
