I would simply exercise more.
You are right. Clothes' sizes
do not define who we are.
And I would not be upset
if I do not reach the target.
Funny thing is I joined
the Shifting Mindset Challenge
and one of the mini challenges is
"forget the timeline."
Now that I recalled
I wouldn't be pressuring myself anymore.
