Weigh the same today...again. Ugh.

I haven't been tracking the last few days because I'm hardly eating anything so I know I'm ok...

Decided to track again today because I'm exhausted today so tempted to snack so I need to track...snacks can add up fast!

non weight related...I booked a stay in Hawaii for two weeks in October for my birthday. It's at a hostel so it's only $390 for 2 weeks! Plane ticket will be around $700...just have to figure out activities and transportation. I am nervous about traveling alone but sadly I have no other options. I wish I could do a cruise but I get so motion sick! I have coworkers that say the patch didn't help with the sickness and I've taken pills and they make me so sleepy...even non drowzy

Sounds SO exciting! What fun! My cousin used to be an airline stewardess and fly in and out of Hawaii all the time and finally ended up settling there. LOL I haven’t been able to see her since but we have connected on Facebook a few times. 🙋🏻It looks like such a beautiful place to visit!

What a wonderful thing to look forward to!! I'm sure you will have a great time even if you just walk on the beach! As far as cruises go, hubby and I have been on eight of them. We even rode through a typhoon for a couple of days on one. I'm prone to sea sickness (get sea sick in a row boat on a lake!) and never had a problem on the ships other than once. We have always traveled on Holland America and cruised on their smaller ships for 7 of the 8 cruises. The last one we took was on a large ship and I did get sea sick on it in calm waters. The bigger/taller ships move differently than the smaller ones. If you are ever interested in a great cruise line, go Holland America and not Princess/Carnival etc. Feel free to private message me if you are interested in it in the future.

My brother has the worst motion sickness and we have done 3 cruises. They have these bands called "sea bands" it's just a sweat band you wear on your wrist but it has a plastic knob that pushes on your pressure point and stops the sickness. He only had to wear it the first day, and was fine afterwards. Hawaii is beautiful. Make sure you take a dinner cruise, you can book them pretty cheap, and they have lunch cruises as well that are way more casual and you to swim and learn to snorkel.
