I haven’t fallen off the wagon yet! Things have been so hard lately though. It’s cookie season for Girl Scouts right now so most of my time is dedicated to that.

I’ve been trying so hard to keep going as normal as possible but it’s been early mornings and late evenings, sometimes grabbing what I can in the moment (I’m still staying away from fast food though)! I am so tired at night when I’m finally home that working out is almost non existent, I do run around for most of my day though so I guess I’m still getting some exercise in. Intermittent Fasting is nearly impossible for me, like last night I ate at 8pm when I typically eat at 5pm or 6 at the very latest. I didn’t eat breakfast today though so I guess in a way it worked out.

Despite all that when I weighed myself this morning I was 331.2 pounds so I’m still losing close to a pound every 2 days so I really can’t complain. One thing I’m pretty consistent on is tracking everything I eat and if I don’t know exactly how much I’ve ate I add extra calories because I’d rather it showed I ate more than what I actually ate (just my way of trying to limit myself).

Only 3 more weeks to go until cookie season is over and my life is semi normal again. I have to just keep on going and get over this hump. I need to remind myself all the time why I’m doing this and how much I appreciate and really enjoy the effort I’m making. I mostly just need to love myself though and it’s so hard to love myself when I hate the reflection that stares back at me in the mirror.

Thanks guys for encouragement. I’m pretty OCD about things and this craziness is getting me down. Today is a new day though 😊

You are doing great!! My boss always tells me "You can only do your best, then the rest will fall into place" and I try to live that in every area of my life. My weight loss is where I really incorporate that, I do my best to stay in my carb range, below my calorie range, and as long as I do my part, everything else will fall into place. Give yourself a hug, tell yourself that you are beautiful and lets grab today by the horns and show it who is boss!!!

Your doing GREAT!!! Remember, we didn't put on all this extra weight in a month or two or even a year. It will take time for it to come off, just like it took time for us to put it on. Don't rush it. Make manageable changes that you can live with. Keep up the good work!
