Snack: 1 LCHF chocolate muffin (the rest went to friends who wanted to have a taste; they aren't on a diet, LOL); 1 tangerine
Workouts: spin bike (10.2 miles/30 min)
Feeling: dog tired after cleaning the entire house
111.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks. I think preparing my own meals every day does help improve my cooking skills. At least, I've learned to follow those recipe instructions instead of making a mess in the kitchen like I initially did.
