For the first time ever, I found myself working out while cooking dinner last night! I started with just moving my heals up and down, then walking in place, squats, high knees and some other stuff that I just naturally moved into and this was after spending ALL day outside cleaning out flower beds, trimming bushes, turning soil and shoveling leaves.

IT FELT GREAT! I’m finding chores are much easier to do and my back pain is almost gone, no more sore muscles!
