心得:忙翻了,又是考試,又是工作,希望努力能有回報

Weight: 250.7 lb (-0.6)
Body fat: 34.5 (+0.4)
Breakfast: 10 steamed dumplings
Lunch: 1 steamed fish; 1 buttery green beans; 1 buttery sweet peas
Dinner: 1 serving of tempura; 0.5 servings of fried squid
Drinks: 2 cups of black coffee
Workouts: spin bike (8.9 miles/30 minutes)
Feeling: very stressed as I've got several job tests and assignments to complete. Hope my hard work pays off.
113.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
