心得:果然不該吃飯,體重沒降

Dinner: 1 pan-fried milkfish; 1 cup of steamed greens, 1 fried egg
Workouts: spin bike (5.25 miles/20 minutes)
Thoughts: I shouldn't have touched rice yesterday. Didn't lose any weight at all.

我知道了,每天站上體重機前... 都是懷著既期待又害怕的心情。 雖然在減肥 但是不該受那些數字左右。
