wow, yesterday was amazing. and i don't mean that in a good way (or a necessarily bad way either). I ate so much, and still went to bed hungry, woke up in the middle of the night hungry, and woke up in the morning hungry. now i've eaten breakfast, and I'm still hungry! slow down there, horsey! holy crap. I need to do the dishes and stuff first. maybe i'll eat some almonds or something in a bit. anyway, now I forgot what i was going to say.

well i'm down to 204. i've made up my mind to exercise less, so i can eat less. and to try those supps.
