I didn't eat vegs at dinner tonight. Nothing looked good. I finally decided to add spinach to my pasta and meatballs, but at that time the timer went off so it was too late. Food was good, though. Carbs are not evil. People have been eating them for thousands of years. I haven't exercised yet today. I want to go for a walk but it is nighttime. I think I'll go anyway. Maybe I need to have more vegs on hand. The Worden Farm produce helps a lot but sometimes there's not enough for the amount of veg I eat and the variety I desire. I am picky. But its okay. I hope I did good. I hope I'm not hungry again.
