Today I weighed myself and I have hit the 16 stone. I desperately need to do something. I have been here before, weight increasing, and total loss of control. I wake up, full of good intentions, but as the day goes on I just keep feeling hungry and keep eating. I even wait until my wife goes off to bed then stuff my face before I follow her. I am eating secretly because she would be angry. I think I have an eating disorder, but what it is I have no idea. Nor what to do about it.
