Today I made Honey & Whisky cake. Delicious, but best left alone.

That sounds really nice. How's the baking coming on? GBBO next year? Maybe now you're getting into the hang of it you should try some keto subs - I know the flours are more expensive but you could have a new career ahead of you! Have a great week, Jocko!

There's some lovely recipes on that website and the cake recipe sounds so good. I think I'll have to save the recipe for when I'm at goal!
