tryed on a old pair of jeans and am back in my old par went from 28 to 26 now im keeping it going it i hard but if i keep going will get to my gold tomarow weigh in with the va and see if i have lost any more say a prayer that i can keep it up trying to get off all the meds im on 4 shots of inslin and so many pills i cant even count them taking blood work tomarrow but wont know how it is till i go to the doc on the 3rd
