Nothing special but boy it tastes so so good, basic ingredients, cottage cheese, eggs, ham and salt & pepper, with parsley sprinkled on top, 35 minutes in the oven lol even l can't get this wrong lol. While it cools l'll get ready for a trip out on my mountain bike, l think l will go to Paddy's Hole on the coast near Redcar, it's really lovely there. I'll post a picture later.
