Nice Misty...LOL, almost every day is a leg day for me ;-) Shoulder is still a little fragile :(

Ouch. Keep nursing it. You need that for all that skiing you do😉I hate leg day. Squats of every kind imaginable 3 sets. I swear they make up moves lol. Lunges too. I normally end up failing and drop the weights half way thru the first set! The last 8 mins are calf raises and in and outs so I'm like yes!! Lol. Oh well I'll get to that level again. Did another 30 min walk with my kid. 1.59 miles in 30:51. It's so hot out so I'm proud of her for pushing herself!
