My drop this morning has me motivated. Whether the drop is real or not, it’s got me motivated to stay the course. Waiting to eat until I’m hungry vs stressed out. That’s a win for me especially at this place I call work.

Did a little better today, I have a deficit. Went to the store. No more eating out for five days at least 🤗

I’m going to the store today. For the love… all week we eat out ugh. That’s the problem!!! Vacation is right around the corner so I’m going to try and use that as an excuse to cook until then. Just getting the other half on board is the struggle. I don’t want to go to the store after work, I want to be outside enjoying the sun while I have it but I’m doing it.

I’m out of control this month. Surplus everyday but one. Not sure what’s going on, I keep thinking I’ll do a no log day hit then I end up logging so at least that’s good. Maybe after I write it out, I’ll stop. Im not even trying to “move” more either. Ugh. And I’ve had cocktails everyday for three days now. Ugh. 😩 2 margaritas Friday, 2 glasses of Prosecco Saturday and two screwdrivers today. 🤦♀️ ok, get it together if you’re going to eat non stop then go exercise non stop. Venting over. Pep talk over.
