Happy Lady Alert! I have now lost my 1st stone....weigh in this morning recorded a 3lb drop bringing me to 206lbs. Aiming now to get to 200 by month end.
Had my first thoughts about bingeing yesterday but went onto 'Pinterest' and added to my weight loss/healthy eating boards with Before & After photos of random ppl and positive affirmations.
This soon knocked the crazy thoughts out of my head....I've done well so far, WHY on earth would I want to sabotage that, I know how bad I feel after a binge, I've had years of experience!?
I have included a bit of chocolate into my eating plans so I don't crave it or feel I'm denying myself which obviously would make me want it more.
I think Pinterest will be my immediate antidote to the binge thinking, as well as recording my thoughts and feelings here, and reading how others cope when their minds play tricks on them!
Anyway, I am feeling happy and positive right now, and determined not to lapse or get complacent; I still have a long way to go :)
93.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Awesome drop, Anjian and congrats on the milestone! My treat is wine and I include that in my diet so I can understand you wanting to include some chocolate in yours 🙂

Well done Anjian, fantastic loss! Bingeing not good, go out for a walk and have a few squares of dark choc - BIG treat in my household! Well done for resisting, that's 90% of the battle. I have one night of booze a week and very occasionally I will substitute a meal for 85% choc if I'm not hungry, I'm under my calories and know I'll err in some worse way if I don't - but this happens very infrequently, I can usually get through it by sheer bloody-mindedness!

Thanks Doobs & ST! I can honestly say I have never felt so determined to achieve this weight loss (and I know 66lbs to go is a fair amount!) This site and Buddies are working wonders for me...so thank you for your comments, much appreciated x :)

Brilliant loss and in just about 2 months. You should be proud of yourself 🌟 I know how you feel about binge eating, but it only makes me feel guilty so it's out of the question. In saying that I will eat a couple of squares of dark chocolate if I need a choc fix... Greens & Blacks is my preferred choice. Co- op brand is nice too. Come on Anjian, we can get down to below 200 In a matter of just a couple of weeks or slightly more. We can do this big time. Stay strong.😍😘

Thanks Mrs M, yes we CAN both do this, I'm going to give it my all, 100% keeping to planned meals & drinks!! I'd not thought about Green & Blacks....they do make quality chocolate, that's for sure. I will also look at the Aldi/Lidl range...some of that is nice too. I think as long as the cocoa content is 60%+ dark choc I won't be tempted to binge eat but view it more as 'my choc fix'...as you say Mrs M. Always best to be prepared ;)
