I am a peanut butter lover so I am going to try to make my own peanut butter it will not have all the sugar and salt in it that the major brands have.

If you figure out how to do it, let us know. I love peanut butter but stay away because of the high calories. It does help keep you full though.

You should try PB2, it's powdered PB you mix with water to reconstitute and it has 1/2 the fat. and still tastes like regular PB.
