So I stepped on the scale today and to my horror I am back to 10st!! I think it was the kick up the backside I needed (I hope), I have recorded my food today, no guesses, all measured and weighed, for the first time in a while. I will be taking a serious look at my portion sizes, as I think they have crept up somewhat. I am getting plenty of exercise at work for now, as they are short staffed on the self scan checkouts and I am on here nearly every shift, my Fitbit buzzes my goal achieved every shift. When I am leaving work and tired, I always go and get a snack for in the car home, this has got to stop, so I will be looking at my options there. Maybe a low carb biscuit will sort this, keep it in the car so I don't eat it at tea break lol. I just need time to make biscuits (sigh). So here's to getting back on track and getting a few lbs shifted again.

It's only a few pounds, you will soon lose that. But it's a good idea to look at ways to prevent it happening again, which is what you are doing. 'Weight creep' is what worries me when I get to doing maintenance. I think I will carry on weighing most days, which I have pretty much all of my adult life anyway, lol. I think you are doing really well though!

Maintenance must be one of the hardest phases - that and getting started in the first place. You've come a long way so don't get disheartened now

Thank you for your support Heidi / Phooka, it is hard to maintain without recording what you eat, portion sizes creep up without you noticing. It was nice to wake up ready for my breakfast today, so I obviously didn't over eat yesterday.
