One day down of the 21 day fix dirty thirty workout. Today my dd sis it w me and she complained the whole time. She is so negative and has the I can't do that attitude. I told her it's her first time and she will do better tomorrow :-) I've got to stay focused and on track dang it. I think the 24 hour fast is an excuse to pig out for a week then just fast then just IF it for the week and bam bye bye pig out pounds. Ugh. Now that I wrote that down maybe I won't do it again. Fingers crossed. My poor body... I finally got some matcha in the powder form. I tried a latte today but it was ugh bland? I may try ice tomorrow. Any suggestion???

I was thinking about your dd and negativity. When I first met with the trainer and he was having me do different exercises, I kept saying "I don't think I can do that", shaking my head no, and I must have had a look on my face....I was so scared of failing and NOT being able to do the exercises. It's like I felt I had to "warn" him BEFORE I failed. He just kept encouraging me. Of course that's his job and he has probably seen "me" a million times in his career. It sounds kinda crazy as I read what I wrote and I hope I am getting my point across. Scared of failure, scared to try.... What is matcha?

I hear what you are saying. She is right about one thing, all the people are fit in the video so that makes her feel as if it isn't for over weight people. There is one "older" lady who is the modifier and I tried to say hey if that old lady can do it you surely can but she said no mom, she's not old! It's a 31 min program w exercises that r one min long you do two exercises then repeat once w 10-18 sec rest. I think that maybe too much she would probably like a different program. I have an insanity one but shoot I probably can't do that one lol. I just don't see how she's going to get on board with an I can't attitude hopefully she'll stick w it so she CAN!! Matcha is the green tea leaves ground and I guess one cup of it is more beneficial than ten cups of green tea bags. I drink coffee water tea so crap idk if I should have two cups of the matcha lol. Oh well I got half my weight in water drank so that was a plus and I only had two cups of coffee. I used to be down to one but don't know what happen just started going hog wild again. !

Thanks u too. Vegas? I just did the p90x3 it was a lot of jumping around too much for me but maybe dd will like it. I did burn 151 cals w an average HR of 116. And I'm sweaty, oh wait sparkly. Lol.

What about a program like Shaun T's Cize, where it's more of a dance style program?

Rckc makes a good point about having a trainer. They will motivate you to do exercises and push yourself the way you won't push yourself. Why all sports have coaches. Trouble is they are not cheap. Group activities may be a good alternative. Plus you get to know people in the process. Why joining a gym has its advantages. Good luck with it all!
