another good day...
been for a brisk walk this morning and had lean bacon and mushrooms for breakfast it's hitting the 30s here waiting for it to cool.a little then lm off to the shops .l will walk for hours when shopping ..l have jacket and beans planned for lunch and something light for dinner .lts difficult while on holidays ..plenty of water carried and drunk ..happy days .hope all is well with you all x still can't get on my fat secret page on my mobile to pick up my messages
