have been trying to start a diet for ages (since I came here). now I have some serious motivation because I need to meet my friends and my husband is coming in about two weeks. I hope I lost at least 7kgs by the end of this month and am able to lose even more later.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
