Just been for a bar lunch so today is a diet disaster. Did have 4 of my 5 a day though. Chips, fried onion rings, fried battered mushrooms, fried tomato. What, chips don't count?

Oh my my my, you did (bend it)! I think you will be able to push through the week with that fuel though! Your carbs are so low, sometimes a fill up is good, at least for me, and they were veggies!!! When are we going to get a good no carb batter to fry with? I bet we do, like coconut and almond flour. (i know that doesn't mean the nice lunch bar will use it:-) My weakness is onion rings! Luckily, there are no good beer battered onion rings in my driving distance (THAT I KNOW OF). AND those 45 flights and all your steps might make it a wash ( just thinking positive) Have a happy day Jacko!

I sometimes have my '5 a day' like that.
Enjoy.
You can always get back on track another day.

It was lovely. We have a local Buffalo farm and the meat comes fresh from there. My rib eye steak was Aberdeen Angus though! Washed down with 2 pints of Caledonian Best!!
