not doing so well I seem to be only eating half the calories that I should be eating. I also need to increase my protein intake and decrease my carbohydrates. in more positive news I should be going on a run tomorrow I will be sure to post how badly I do ;-).
80.8 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
