Disaster. I have now trended back above 200 lbs. Yesterday I did quite well. I was over my RDI but my ratios were to my liking. Unfortunately my buddy popped by, in the evening, and we went for a pint, or two, or three to be precise! No morning constitutional, as no sooner did I drop Madge at her work than the first spots of rain appeared on the windscreen. Rain doesn't trouble me normally, but I was in shirt sleeves, and the forecast is for torrential thunderstorms. There was lightning during the night, but the thunder was so faint and so far after it was obviously miles away. We had no overnight rain.
