I use mine to make a soup. usually a chicken tortilla soup. Or chicken salad. I just chopped up super fine in my food processor and I add curry to my chicken salad. AH-Mazing

+1 for chicken salad. Sliced almonds are my chicken salad secret, although curry sounds awesome. Have been experimenting with replacing mayo in chicken/tuna salads with a combo of dijon mustard and sriracha.

<3 <3 <3 sriracha. I've been trying to get greek yogurt to work as well.

LMK if you figure that one out. I have not found a good use for that shiznit, other than Tzaziki, which is hard to beat and highly recommended if you;re not already on it.

And I looooov tzaziki. But I use greek yogurt for a lot. A dollop on top of chilli, some mixed with lime, cilantro, and cumin to go with tacos, mixed with chocolate protein powder as an insane cheesecake-y breakfast, Dolloped on eggs poached in tomato sauce.... I could go on and on. But I'm picky and only buy Fage

@NE I like the lime cilantro cumin idea. It's like riata. I tried that before but could never get it as good as the local kabob shop. Time to reboot that one...

@KC +1 on the Quesodillas. I overcook protein and recycle into quesadillas for the kids. #eatingvicariously

Me, too. Try this:Chop it fine, add low fat salad dressing, lemon pepper. I like to put mine in my Bullet or food processor, but not necessary. Then add diced celery and onion. Very good. Put it on sliced cucumer or top ur salad.
