Proud of myself for keeping my resolve yesterday. Was offsite at a resort leading a meeting most of the day, and of course there were donuts and pastries and cookies on every table. Got to smell them all day. Ugh. But completely avoided them! And avoided the burgers/fries/pasta lunch options and stuck with grilled chicken and salad. Making the right choices is getting a bit easier. Will be tested again today, as a vendor is taking me out for lunch to this incredible restaurant, but at least I will have time to look up the menu before hand and make a smart choice. Have also made it to the gym every day this week!
